Ukrainians will gradually be restricted in making purchases for cash

18,000 UAH per year on average passes through one Ukrainian bank card. And soon this amount will be doubled. We will be conditioned to use payment terminals and cashless payments. Within a few months we will be able to buy goods costing more than 150 thousand hryvnias only using cards. In Europe, they already can buy products or use services costing more than one thousand or one thousand and a half euros only with a bank card. Financier Volodymyr Khlyvnyuk assures that these restrictions will eventually be introduced for Ukrainians too.
