Another patient escaped from Perechyn psychiatric clinic

Yesterday, the director of Turya-Remety neuropsychiatric clinic reported to law enforcement officers about the disappearance of a 28-year-old patient. 
The man, which is diagnosed with mild mental retardation and severe emotional and volitional instability, left the institution and never returned.
