In the 71st constituency election commission members have been replaced and now they are waiting for a court judgment

Today, another meeting of the scandalous DEC in the 71st constituency was held. They considered the decision of the CEC on another replacement of the commission members: this time it was about the inclusion of 6 new members. They immediately took the oath and got to work.

In addition, the new DEC took note of the decision of the Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court on the institution of the administrative case to prohibit any modifications in the CEC electronic system filed by Pavlo Baloha.

After that the meeting was closed.

It is expected that tomorrow there will be the final meeting of the DEC, where they will consider the decision of the Regional Court in accordance with the proceedings.

Yesterday, the DEC in view of the appeal by Stepan Derkach overturned election results in three stations in Tyachiv district thus changing the distribution of votes in favor of the Party of Regions member, although according to lawyers present those actions of the DEC are contrary to law.
