The Cabinet proposes to amend the new version of the Law on civil service, which will come into force on January 1, 2013.
Thus, the Law provides, inter alia, to reform the civil service remuneration system (to define criteria for salaries and other wages components and their amounts).
The Government intends to postpone the enactment of certain provisions of the Law regarding wages, bonuses for civil servants, recalculation of the previously awarded pensions due to changes in the minimum wage, and paying cash assistance for basic annual leave, to the year 2014.
