Council of the All-Ukrainian contest of projects and programs for local government development announces Contest of projects and programs of local government development in 2013.
More than 20 city and village councils of Transcarpathia in previous years have become winnners of the Contest.
The purpose of the competition is the selection of projects and programs of local government development that are financed by the state budget, local budgets and other sources not prohibited by law, and are aimed at solving urgent problems of local government development, spreading the positive experience gained in the process of their implementation.
Prospective participants are local authorities, who have duly registered project or program of the development.
