In Uzhgorod flags of the Party of Regions have been torn up

Flags with the Party of Regions symbols were hung on Jambul street in Uzhgorod as recently as September 10. But the blue "banners" could not stay intact even a few days. Now almost all of them, except 2-3 very high above the ground, are torn into shreds. And some of them have disappeared at all.  

At first it seems that flags were destroyed by bad weather, but having passed a greater stretch of road, one can be sure that this was the deliberate work of man.

However, law enforcement authorities should find out who gave permission for hanging of party flags in Uzhgorod and whether the permission have been given in the first place, and also if the city budget received any money for the white-blue flags that "decorate" the streets.
