Turkish hotels have been banned to have their own beaches

Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey Ertuhrul Günay signed the document that prohibits Turkish hotels to have their own beaches in public areas.

According to the document, now hotels have no right to install fence around beaches designated for public use and put their own security service at the entrance to the beach.

However, the officer of Culture and Tourism of the Turkish Embassy in Russia Ilker Ozkan claims that the innovation does not affect the interests of tourists, because they have the right to choose the beach of any hotel, regardless of residence.
