Two cars failed to pass one another in the dark on the road near Chynadijevo village of Mukachevo district. The tragedy occurred late at night. Driver of the "MAN" truck, the resident Ternopil region, lost control, drove into oncoming traffic and collided with the oncoming car "Skoda Octavia", driven by a 29-year-old resident of Mukachevo district. As a result of the car crash the driver of the car died from his injuries on the accident site.
Same day another victim of a car accident – a 36-year-old woman, resident of N. Remety village -was delivered to the hospital.in Beregovo district. Doctors diagnosed a closed head injury, brain concussion and wound at frontal scalp. The doctors reported the accident to the police. As it was established, the victim received injuries as the car VAZ-2104 ran down her in her native village. Instead of taking the injured to the hospital the driver disappeared from the scene, leaving the car at the accident site.
Currently, the police has identified the owner of the car. He is a resident of the same village. But police now should clarify if it was him who was driving the car at the moment of the accident, – informed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
