Board is almost hanging in the air on Druzhby Narodiv Square in Uzhgorod

Passing Druzhby Narodiv Square in Uzhgorod, you can see the following picture: a billboard on the concrete base is almost hanging in the air. Rubble from under the concrete either broke or was not appropriately covered up.

From the road it looks normal, but it is too dangerous to come to the back side of the board because heavy advertising media can any time to fall toward the square, where inhabitants of Uzhgorod often walk with their children and pets.

We remind that municipality police ‘takes care’ of advertising media in Uzhgorod, who recently does not do anything in the town.
