Law which will ensure transparency of the future elections provides several options of ‘video surveillance systems’’ work: broadcast – during the voting and recording – after its completion and until the signing of the protocols. However, how and where the voter will be able to get the required record, the law does not explain, writes Dzerkalo Tyzhnia.
