Hostels’ residents have the right to privatize their apartments

The nationally target program concerns the hostels’ transmission into the territorial communities property, approved by Verkhovna Rada. In accordance to it, 1058 hostels will be transferred into the local communities’ property during 2012-2014. These numbers are given in the bill number 10226, said Ukrinform.

Once the hostels will be transferred to the territorial communities’ property, their residents will be able to privatize its premises.

The law provides the program’s funding in the amount of 1224400,1 thousand hryvnia, 612200, 05 thousand hryvnia must be received from the state budget and 612200,05 must be provide by the local budget.
