Forester bribe-taker was detained in Khust district

The regular squad of Khust local district department police received a statement from a private entrepreneur from the village of Iza Mykhailo F. on June 20, at 11.50 a.m. that the forest’s master of ‘Khustderzhspetslisgosp’ department Ivan P. demanded a bribe in the amount of 2800 hryvnia for the issuance of consignment note for the forest products’ transportation on the premises of ‘Stara Khata’ (‘Old House’) cafe. The forester was arrested in the course of operative activities of OCOC employees during the transportation of money by the applicant in the amount of 2800 hryvnia on the mentioned cafe’s premises. Money in the amount of 2800 hryvnia and the consignment note for 30 cubic meters of wood transportation were removed.
