The citizen of Hungary tried to use his car, especially purchased with hidings, in order to move smuggled tobacco products on the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

Thus, a repository was revealed in the back barrel of the exhausted pipe in which 70 boxes of cigarettes of ‘Viceroy’ brand were hidden. 157 boxes of cigarettes of the same brand were found in a specially constructed cavity between the engine and passenger compartment by the customs officer. Access to the found cigarettes was possible only after the decorative covering of the engine compartment dismantling and three branch pipes and metal plate removing.
The protocol was drawn under the Article 483, Part 1 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
