The centralized instruction from the Regional State Administration was sent to the regional district newspapers earlier this week. Newspapers were supposed to blame the representatives of Yedynyi Tsentr in the fact that the amendments to the regional budget were not considered at the recent regular session of the Regional Council.
We remind you that deputies made the decision to consider changes to the regional budget at the next plenary session due to the majority of votes: administration predicted ten times less sum of money for reallocation on demand for capital expenditures in 200 million hryvnia. The deputies decided to discuss this and to approach more coordinated to this important issue on the next plenary session. Such initiative was supported by the Regional Party and Yedynyi Tsentr.
Nevertheless, notes, in which YT deputies will be blamed in refuse to adopt the main financial document, will come out already this week in almost every district newspaper. Thus, the editorial of ‘Visti Svaliavshchyny’ newspaper received from ‘White House’ the article ‘Svaliava district was left without money’. Such critical materials were sent to all the districts.
