Uzhgorod.in captured how the garbage containers in the Tolstogo Street yard, which are supposed to be placed in the specially designated grounds, are standing beyond them. Besides, these boxes are mutilated, ragged and without wheels.
The neighborhood dwellers complain that rubbish spreads on the whole yard and there is a mass on the street because of this. Nobody knows why the utility services do not put them in the specially designated places.
