Bazaar on pavements is prospering in Uzhgorod! (In Pictures)

The spontaneous trade develops in the city at the time when the Transcarpathian regional center government declares their intention to bring order to the markets.

uzhgorod.in  examined the central Uzhgorod bazaars and, as we can see on the photos, there is nothing or even no one who could prevent them from selling goods. Furthermore, nobody even prohibit the trade on the places where it is not allowed!

Accordingly, the question arises of where do look the relevant services, in particular, municipal police department at the time when the bazaar workers occupy the city.
