The head doctor of the Regional Oncology Center Andriy Rusyn was found guilty of negligence which led to losses of 1, 2 million hryvnia. Rusyn compensated 400 thousand hryvnia during the investigation as stated Petrunya. However, the court issued a decision that he falls under the act of amnesty.
The other two defendants of this case are waiting for the passing of this case to court. This is the case of stealing from public funds in the course of repairing works in the institution. Documents were signed but the work is not done.
