The State Budget changes under the presidential initiatives

President Yanukovych signed an amending law to the Law of Ukraine ‘On State Budget of Ukraine for 2012’, informs Radio Svoboda with the reference to the presidential press service.

The new law provides additional expenditures from the state budget general fund for realization of social initiatives expressed by the President during the Cabinet meeting on March 7.

We want to remind you that Viktor Yanukovych assigned the government to raise pensions for 9,000,000 pensioners beginning from May 1, and in June and December to provide the compensation payment to depositors of the former Soviet Union Savings Bank to 6 million people.
