“Zakarpathaz” blanked off unauthorized tie-in in Nevitskiy

Security Service of "Zakarpathaz" JSC performed mechanical disconnection of gas appliances – gas stove and column-boiler – illegally connected to medium pressure gas pipeline be the inhabitant of the house at Tsentralna st., 80, in the village of Nevytske in Uzhgorod district, Milan G.
According to the head of the security service of "Zakarpathaz" JSC Igor Svadeba, the owner of accommodation facilities categorically refused to voluntary assist in dug out of the place of the illegal tie-in. Therefore, having received on September 20, a court order on the search of the property of Milan G., security staff of "Zakarpathaz" JSC together with the police unearthed the "underground" gas line branch, connected to the street pipeline in total length of … 49 meters.
According to Igor Svadeba, the branch was cut off, the place of illegal tie-in was "bkanked off" and damages in the amount of 149 000 378 UAH which will have to be compensated by the violator, was assessed.
Over this fact the police opened a criminal case under Art. 2, Part 192 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – reported "Zakarpathaz" JSC.
