Young resident of Mukachevo hit an elderly man in Uzhgorod

On January 26, police received a report about a pedestrian having been hit in the city of Uzhgorod, on Aivazovsky Street.
As a result of the accident, the 81-year-old man was hospitalized.
The police are determining the circumstances of the car accident
The police found out that a 19-year-old driver of a car Renault, resident of the city of Mukachevo, had hit a pedestrian. The 81-year-old man who was crossing the road in the wrong place was hospitalized in the city hospital.
Preliminary legal classification of the accident is Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of traffic safety rules), – the communication department of the Transcarpathian regional police reported.
