Yesterday, Volovets rescuers towed 5 trucks to the pass

During the past day, January 21, Volovets district rescuers helped five trucks to overcome the mountain pass. Officers of the 11th State Fire and Rescue Unit made two trips to the Mynchul tract. 

In one case, three trucks, which were not equipped with winter chains, got stuck at the pass. Later, two large cars faced the same problem. The cars blocked part of the road, restricting the traffic. Both times, it took an hour for rescuers to pull the vehicles at one kilometer height.

In general, since the beginning of 2016, Transcarpathian rescuers have towed 15 vehicles. 13 vehicles and 38 officers the Emergenies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region were engaged in these works.
