Will heads of the district state administrations with dual citizenship be fired?

Transcarpathian Regional State Administration has prepared all the necessary documents for the dismissal of DSA heads, who have dual citizenship. This was stated by the head of the Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal.

– According to paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On local state administrations", DSA heads are dismissed by the President of Ukraine in case of detection of dual citizenship – H. Moskal said. – We have all the documents for the Presidential Administration ready, the only thing that’s left is to add names and evidence of dual citizenship, which we expect from MP Victor Baloha. Since Baloha publicly stated that "the President appointed Hungarians with two passports on several positions of DSA heads in Transcarpathia," now he has to back this statement.
