Where is Nahirny? Prosecutors ask!

Prosecutors demad urgent search of Nahirny and bringing him to justice. 

On March, 29, in view of the fact that Nahirny had repeatedly failed to appear in court, the prosecutor withdrew the request for imposing of compulsory medical measures against the suspect.

In turn, this made it possible, due to the systematic absenteeism of P. Nahirny in court, to initiate appropriate checks. During the check, they sent a request to the 21 hospitals in the region to establish the fact of the treatment of the suspect, and sent a request to the special data processing department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine to determine if Nahirny has left the country. 

Now, at the hearing, to be held on July 10, regional prosecutors will demand to change the decision of the court and to return the criminal proceeding to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs office for further investigation on general basis, which in turn will enable them to put Nahirny on the international wanted list.
