Weather in Transcarpathia on February 10-11

The storm warning was posted on the website of the Transcarpathian Center for Hydrometeorology.
According to the forecasters, on February 10-11, thunderstorms and showers are expected in the central and eastern districts of Transcarpathia, heavy snow and snowstorms – in the mountainous districts.
Also, increase of wind to 15-20 m / s, sometimes up to 24 m / s is expected in the region.
The SES of Transcarpathia declared the I, yellow level of danger.

in the Transcarpathian region: Cloudy weather, occasional precipitation at night, in the afternoon occasional precipitation in the form of rain, sleet and snow, in the mountains sometimes significant precipitation. In the mountains, there will be fog, slush build-up, snowstorms, and on some sections of the roads, there will be ice. Southwest wind of 7-12, in some places 15-20, sometimes up to 24 m / s. The temperature at night will be +1° to -4°, during the day – +2° to +7°, in the highlands during the day -2° to -7°.
Highways: Occasional precipitation at night, in the afternoon occasional precipitation in the form of rain, sleet and snow, in the mountains sometimes significant precipitation. In the mountains, there will be fog, slush build-up, snowstorms, and on some sections of the roads, there will be ice. Southwest wind of 7-12, in some places 15-20, sometimes up to 24 m / s. Increase in snow cover to 5-10 cm, on the passes – up to 15 cm.
In Uzhgorod: Cloudy weather, at night without significant precipitations, occasional rain during the day. Southwest wind of 7-12, sometimes up to 15m / s. The temperature at will be is 0-2°, during the day 5-7° above zero.
