Easter is coming. Hostesses finish cleaning up homes, preparing baskets and planning holiday feastings. Some people wonder when to go to church so as to avoid rain. To find out beforehand what the weather on Easter will be like, the 0312.ua met with the head of the meteorological forecasts department of the Transcarpathian Hydrometeorology Center Andriy Zolotarev and received the following information.
"At night on Easter, significant precipitation is not expected. The minimum temperature at night will reach 6-8 degrees above zero. During the day, it will be raining in the region. We hope that it will not rain in Uzhgorod, so we predict the weather without significant precipitation. Maximum temperatures will range from 16 to 18 degrees. On May 2, the temperature will not change significantly. Maybe, by 1 or 2 degrees. On that day, short-lasting rains are expected in Transcarpathia. Most likely, in Uzhgorod too – both at night and at daytime."
