Weapons were found in an elite car in Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

In the village of Vonigovo, Tyachiv district, police stopped an SUV and found weapons in it. The material evidence was seized, and an investigation into the crime was initiated. 
Yesterday, at about 10:45 p.m., in the village of Vonigovo, Tyachiv district, inspectors of the Patrol Police Response Sector stopped a BMW X5 driven by a 34-year-old resident of the village of Dragovo. 
During the inspection of the vehicle, law enforcement officers found weapons in the car. This was the reason for calling the investigative team at the scene, which confiscated weapons and ammunition. All items were sent for examination, which will establish their origin. 
Meanwhile, the police opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ie illegal handling of weapons and ammunition. The case is under further investigation.
