We have another prize winner!

February 14, the Committee of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine decided on the names of this year’s winners, the Den reported.

By secret ballot, they chose five winners in the categories of literature, literary criticism and art, theater, visual arts, musical arts.

In the literary field, the winner for the second consecutive year is a Transcarpathian. Miroslav Dochynets became the Shevchenko Prize winner this year.

Recall that last year, our countryman Petro Midyanka was recognized as the best writer.
