In rainy weather, a pedestrian, who crosses Svobody Avenue from the bus station may facer a nasty surprise – a puddle whichis very hard to bypass.
Water flooded pavement totally and puddles which people have to bypass are near grass mixed with mud.
The other day someone from Uzhgorod made life of pedestrians easier – laid wooden pallets across the water. So now people are like in Venice – walking over water.
