Uzhhorod citizens unite to make the city better. Politicians are promised to receive pumpkin (PHOTOS)

In Uzhgorod linguistic school (better known as the 1st school) today, April 7, the meeting of caring citizens was held. The goal – to create an organization which would actually influence everything that happens in the regional center.

Target – not resent illegal operations such as the destruction of gardens, historic buildings and accumulation of kiosks which are disputed in their kitchen or Facebook, but actually act to prevent these actions.

To do this, it is necessary to create a public organization, titled "The Bridge", to which all residents of Uzhgorod are invited. The organization will work in three areas – control and monitoring of events and the general situation in the city (to be aware), communication with the public (providing information to all citizens) and professional assessment (independent view of professional experts on the events).

Activists guaranteed: the organization is apolitical and no politician or person willing to become the mayor of Uzhgorod will not use it for their own purposes or for personal PR.
