The establishment of a new perinatal center in Uzhgorod is to begin later this year. And the reconstruction is planned to be completed in late 2014. This was announced today, May 28, during a briefing by the Head of Capital Construction Department of the Regional State Administration Stepan Bordash, the press center of the RSA reported.
Currently, the approval of the list of equipment is pending at the Ministry of Health, after which the meeting of the expert committee is to take place.
Now we can say that the technical equipment will cost 25-30 million hryvnias. "I can confidently say that the new perinatal center will be a medical institution of European level", – Stepan Bordash said.
