About 100 people were evacuated today from the railway station in Uzhgorod because of false report about mining.
At 12.50, an unknown man called the station and reported that there was an explosive device there. The transport police officers and all emergency services immediately arrived at the scene.
The police took the necessary measures to ensure the safety of passengers and identification of the explosive device. Experts inspected all the rooms of the building and the terminal area, no explosive devices were found.
The mining proved to be false. Immediately upon completion of special activities, the train station continued to work as usual.
