Uzhgorod traffic policemen, going to the front, asked drivers to observe traffic rules

Almost all Uzhgorod traffic police officers are going to the ATO area and encourage drivers to show consciousness and to observe traffic rules – the publication Pro Zakhid informed.

On Friday, most Uzhgorod traffic police officers will be sent to the ATO area for one month. A maximum of 5 officers will stay in the city, and they physically will not be able to properly monitor the compliance with traffic rules on the roads.
Due to this fact, the traffic police calls: be patriotic – follow the traffic rules.
As the chief of Uzhgorod traffic police Oleksiy Spivak explained, now a lot of people help the country in the war as they can: some are volunteering, others, having no free time, donate money. But there are people who believe that it is enough to hang a flag of Ukraine on a car, but do not even bother to observe parking rules.
In this regard, Mr. Spivak calls: show your patriotism not only by writing angry comments on the Internet and hanging trendy national symbols, but also with such ordinary things as compliance with Ukrainian laws.
In addition, the traffic police appeal to all activists with the request: if you see a violation of traffic rules by drivers, do not pass silently by, but reproach the driver. Because it is very important to maintain order on the roads of the city during this month, when the traffic police are away.
