Uzhgorod Secondary School № 20 was chosen among 1167 educational institutions of Ukraine and it won a grant over UAH 282,000

"HOORAY!!! Congratulate us, friends!!! We won an incredibly cool grant in the amount of UAH 282,842! Our school was chosen out of 1167 educational institutions in Ukraine! We received three years of support for the implementation of the FIRST LEGO League program!
Of course, there is a lot of work ahead, but for our team, challenges are inspiration, an opportunity to grow and develop!" – the post published by the school reads. 

According to the organizers of the competition – FIRST in Ukraine, a total of 1167 applications were received for the Class Pack 2020 grant competition from the LEGO Foundation and FIRST, and after several months of careful and complex selection, personal interviews, both remotely and in Kyiv, 10 finalists were selected. Among them, there is the only Transcarpathian school – Uzhgorod secondary school №20 – lyceum "Leader" of Uzhgorod City Council of Transcarpathian region.
