On December 19, 2016, as part of the project "Donate blood – save life!", the Association of young donors of Ukraine together with Transcarpathian regional blood transfusion station will hold a campaign "Children’s health in every drop!"
The magical, merry and most mysterious holiday – Day of St. Nicholas – is almost at the doorstep. This is the time when the soul is filled with joy, happiness and dreams. Children look forward to gifts. But not all children, unfortunately, will meet this holiday at home, many of them are in hospitals. And the main present for them is the chance to fight disease and live. In addition to candy and toys, they, like adults, need transfusion of different blood components.
On St. Nicholas’s Day, we invite all Uzhgorod residents to become helpers of the miracle worker and share their blood, giving the sick kids of the Transcarpathian Regional Children’s Hospital a chance of recovery.
