Realtors and real estate companies’ directors of Uzhgorod gathered at an informal communication. As the deputy head of Transcarpathian department of the Association of Real Estate Professionals of Ukraine Inha Mytyunina, during the meeting was conducted online conference with the President of the Association of Real Estate Ukraine Mr. Zlyden Serhiy Andriiovych. We discussed many relevant issues and those problems concerning the law ‘On the real estate activity’, which must determine the legal field of the real estate professionals.
In particular, in the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On the real estate activity’, offered by the Association of Real Estate Professionals of Ukraine is established that the maximum amount of compensation that is paid to the seller /buyer of the property, in the amount of 3% from the price of the property. It was also emphasized that realtors are obliged at first sign a contract on granting its services with all owners of real estate object to prevent violations of the rights and interests of third parties.
As Inha Mytyunina informed at the end of September is scheduled to conduct trainings to realtors of Transcarpathia who will receive certificates of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, confirmed in the future by Law of Ukraine ‘On the real estate activity’.
