During 2012-2013, Uzhgorod prosecutors have filed to court 15 claims for the protection of social, housing, property and labor rights of minors, the press service of the city prosecutor’s office informs. Among them, three claims have been submitted this year.
Of these, regarding the protection of social rights of children – nine claims for deprivation of parental rights and alimony recovery. For the protection of housing and property rights of children – 6 claims.
