Yesterday, Uzhgorod policemen during patrolling near the house number 44 on Surikov street, next to a trash bin arrested a 40-year-old homeless man.
The policemen seized from him a plastic bag which contained 24 cartridges to the "TT" gun of 7.62 mm caliber and 1 cartridge of 5.45 mm caliber.
According to the man, he found the ammunition on May 9 at the trash bin on Belinsky street.
The seized ammunition was sent for examination.
