The Cultural Forum "SlobodaKult" will be held in Transcarpathia from May 15 through May 29. The forum program includes 100 events.Those are: 15 concerts and performances, 20 different meetings and discussions, 15 film screenings with discussions, 9 exhibitions, one fashion show and the "Skovorodafest" festival for the whole family. During the first three days, the guest of the forum will be Serhiy Zhadan. Entrance to all events is free.
In total, there are six forum programs: Visual, Musical and Theatrical, Literary and Discussion, Children, Film and Fashion. The program takes into account the interests of different age groups, starting from 2 years old.
A number of events in one way or another will be devoted to the war in the Ukrainian East. Thus, on the opening day, May 15, Uzhgorod residents are invited to the "Owl’s Nest" for a public interview with Serhiy Zhadan and Yevhen Polozhiy "Us" and "them" during the war." On May 17, in the same location, art critic Boris Filonenko will deliver a lecture "Artist and war. Between speech and silence", and the Transcarpathian Regional Children’s Library invites to the discussion about the mission of public children’s libraries in the border areas.

The opening of the "SlobodaKult" will take place on May 15 at the cultural and historical center "Owl’s Nest". The beginning is at 16.00. The guests will be the head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration Yulia Svitlychna, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration – Hennadiy Moskal, and also the Minister of Culture Yevhen Nyshchuk.
