Volunteers are opening the "Witch’s Place" inn at 15.00 on Teatralna square and will surprise with both the menu and the decor of the location and their images. By the way, all dishes and drinks are 13 UAH. There has never been a celebration of Halloween like this in Uzhgorod! They decided to cover the subject of Ukrainian evil spirits (no politics!) with a focus on Transcarpathia. There will also be a photozone. At 17.00 – costume contest, and then – parade.
