Rescuers received the first call on July 7 at 14:00. It turned out that on the tourist route near the Mount Hymba, Mizhhirya district, one of the tourists got his left leg injured and needed help.

Six rescuers of the mountain search and rescue departments of the villages of Pylypets and Nyzhni Vorota went to the accident site. The injured 24-year-old resident of Kharkiv received first aid and was taken to the village of Pylypets. The tourist refused to be transported to the medical institution.

And already at 20:20, also on July 7, two residents of the capital called the mountain rescuers for help. On the phone, the 26-year-old Kyiv residents said that while traveling in the Carpathians near the Lake Brebeneskul of the Chornohora ridge in Rakhiv district, they got lost. In addition, they got hit by heavy rain and were freezing.

Rescuers of the Rakhiv mountain search and rescue department were sent to carry out search and rescue operations. At 00:30 on July 8, the lost tourists were found near the Mount Klyfa and taken to the village of Bohdan in Rakhiv district. Fortunately, they were well and did not need medical care.
