Transcarpathian prosecutors filed a claim against the “Jobbik”

Prosecutors demand to prohibit the activity of the Charitable Foundation of the Hungarian radical rightwing party in Transcarpathia

The Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region appealed to the Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court for termination of the activity of the charity fund "Reception of independent Member of the European Parliament Kovacs Beila."

Thus, the radical rightist party of Hungary "For Better Hungary" ("Jobbik") declared in its political program the return of Transcarpathia to Hungary.

To implement these plans, the party formed and registered the charitable foundation "Reception of independent Member of the European Parliament Kovacs Beila", which aims to intervene in the internal affairs of Ukraine and encroach on its territorial integrity. It was established that the charity foundation in Beregovo acts in flagrant violation of the law of Ukraine.

In particular, it was established that the foundation is not located at its place of registration. Based on that, the state registrar of Beregovo City and District Office of Justice made an appropriate entry. According to Ukrainian legislation, it is the grounds for the judgment to terminate the legal entity.

Also, contrary to the Law of Ukraine "On Charity and Charitable Organizations", the said charitable foundation, during 2013-2014, did not file a financial report on small businesses and a tax report on the use of funds of non-profit institutions and organizations.
