Transcarpathian police are fighting drugs. They started with pensioners

Yesterday, about 16 o’clock, Irshava District Police officers within the operation "Poppy 2013", during the inspection of the household of a 57-year-old female pensioner – a Kushnytsya village resident – in the garden in front of the house found 78 poppy plants. The plants were seized and destroyed. The issue of bringing the pensioner to justice is being considered.
