In Transcarpathia, a number of entertainment events – even those that were planned several months in advance – have been canceled. According to the Varosh, those are:
– The first wedding exhibition, organized by the "Workshop of Holidays."
– The party at Panorama by Kashtan in Uzhgorod.
Mukachevo City Council and the Transcarpathian Regional Council reported about the declaration of days of mourning for the dead. As a sign of mourning, national flag with a black ribbon on the buildings of enterprises, institutions and organizations in the city, regardless of ownership, will be at half-mast, any concert and entertainment events will be limited, and playing of entertainment music on markets, trade organizations and restaurants, public transportation will be banned.
Also, KVN concerts in Mukachevo and Uzhgorod have been canceled. In Uzhgorod, "Farewell to winter" and "Carnival" have been canceled.
