October 28 at 4.00 Kyiv time the "summer time" on the territory of Ukraine shall be cancelled by resetting the clocks one hour back.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, this provision is provided by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. May 13, 1996 № 509 "On the computation of time in Ukraine."
