Those who did not let down: Sasha Babats (PHOTOS)

On his page, Oleg Vysochan shares stories about soldiers of the 128th brigade:

"On the eve of the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, I will tell you a bit about some guys from the 128 brigade who did not let down…

I will start with Sasha Babats ( "Buggs Bunny" or "Gypsy"). 

He served as a machine gunner, until they received another APC but did not have a mechanic for it. Short training, and "Buggs Bunny" is mechanic-gunner). And I say that he made a good mechanic, he preserved his vehicle and evacuated guys from entrapment near Debaltseve. He was fighting in Stanytsia Luhanska, Novoorlivka, Debaltseve and never let down. Sasha evacuated many wounded soldiers to safe zone. In civilian life, Sasha has another feat – he was married eight times))) 

Sasha Babats has no state awards, but he is a Hero!"
