There is a sidewalk on Koshitska street! But everybody seems to have forgotten about it (Photofacts)

Not far from the amphitheater, just up the legendary disco club "Kastan", the sidewalk on Koshitska street is overgrown with weeds. Because of that, motorists and pedestrians often have conflicts on this stretch of the road. The formers speed up, the latters have nowhere to go from the roadway. Is it so hard to clear a passage for pedestrians that already exists? It is possible. And much easier than making a new one….
