Today, June 6, 2019, the Ukrzaliznytsya has started selling tickets for the trains No. 960 / 961, 962 / 963 Kosice-Mukachevo-Kosice, which will start running on June 9th. The ticket price will be equivalent to 7.5 euros. Tickets can be purchased at international box offices.
Two ZSSK diesel trains will be running daily on this route. "In Mukachevo, these trains will have convenient transfers to trains to virtually all regions of Ukraine. In Slovakia, there will be convenient transfers to Intercity trains and night trains to Prague, Bratislava and other EU cities," – Oleksandr Krasnoshtan, the director of the Department for the organization of domestic and international passenger transportation of the "Ukrzaliznytsya" PJSC said.
Train No. 960/961 Kosice-Mukachevo will depart at 09:10 and arrive to Mukachevo at 14:00. In the opposite direction, the train will depart from Mukachevo at 14:54 and will arrive to Kosice at 18:13.
Train No. 962/963 Mukachevo-Kosice will depart at 12:01 and arrive to Mukachevo to 16:42. On the way back, the train will depart at 18:20 and will arrive to Kosice at 21:33.
The train will stop in the stations Chop and Cierna nad Tisou.
