The “Slavic Concert” is being prepared for Uzhgorodians (ANNOUNCEMENT)

On December 11, the "Slavic Concert" will be held in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic: the program with this title will be presented by students of the National Musical Academy of Ukraine, winners of international competitions Antuanetta Mishchenko, Dmytro Shevchenko, Olena Rudenko, Anatoliy Kostyuchenko, Yaroslav Bykh.

All of them are studying in the class of Professor of the Academy, Honored Artist of Ukraine Valeriy Kozlov. This well-known pianist is a member of jury of many international and national contests, constantly conducts master classes in the leading music institutions of Ukraine and abroad.   

And his students win prizies at such famous international contests, as F. Chopin (Germany), P. Lantière (France), Finale Ligure (Italy), V. Horovitz (Ukraine), S. Rachmaninov, S. Prokofiev (Russia). Among his students, there are concert artists and teachers who work fruitfully in different countries of the world.

On the stage of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic, the students of the Academy will play piano pieces by P. Tchaikovsky, F. Chopin, S. Taneyev, S. Rachmaninov, I. Stravinsky . The beginning is at 18.30.
