The regular plenary meeting of the third session of the Transcarpathian Regional Council has started. The Council Chairman Mykhailo Rivis suggested to open the meeting with a minute of silence – in honor of the three killed countrymen.
Those are a native of Mukachevo district, scout Vasyl Fitskalynets, a resident of Perechyn Ivan Babich from the 128th Brigade, and a volunteer Robert "Doc" Masley from Khust. By the way, his funeral will take place in his hometown tomorrow.
