The police will fine believers who violate quarantine rules

Police warn that they plan to resist anyone gathering near the temples for Easter.
According to the adviser to the minister of internal affairs, no more than 10 people are allowed to be in a church during Easter services – and not parishioners, but priests and those who assist in holding the service. They must all wear masks.
Parishioners will be able to visit temples only after the service: one person at a time in small parishes, two persons at a time in large parishes.
If, in spite of all the warnings, crowds of people still gather near churches, the police will respond in two stages:
first – warning the citizens about violations,
second – drawing up reports of administrative offenses and fining them.
The fine for violation of the quarantine rules is 17 thousand hryvnias.
